Paint adhesive MT is a product obtained by chemical and thermal processing of potato starch in water environment.

  • Application:

Paint adhesive MT is used as an additive for dry paints, chalky-glue colours for bags and paper bags, different types of paper and cardboard alkali-sensitive. Moreover the product is used binding agent for briquetting of coal dust, coke dust and charcoal.

Starch adhesive MT is packaged in:
- multiply paper bags of  35 kg net
- other packings after agreement with recipient.

- Date of production
- Shelf life

  • Storage

Product should be kept in clean, dry and airy store. Terms of storage – recommended relative humidity of air: 60 – 80 %, recommended temperature: 5-20 %.

  • Paint adhesive mt procedure:

Paint adhesive MT is preparing in the form of 10-15 % of solution, obtained by mechanical mixing of water with adhesive. Then adhesive pulp is conditioning for 30 min. and after that time is mixing again to obtain homogeneous, colloidal solution. Depending on demands adhesive pulp can be diluted. While paint is split and thick is added some quantity of adhesive to protect paint before rubbing.
