Starch adhesive NLT is a product obtained by chemical and thermal processing of potato starch.

  • Application:

Starch adhesive NLT is used for bags and paper bags, glass and porcelain labels, different types of paper and cardboard alkali-sensitive.

  • Packaging

Starch adhesive NLT is packaged in:
- multiply paper bags of  25 kg net
- other packings after agreement with recipient

  • Labelling

Packing is marked with label or overprint  including following data:

- Name and address of producer
- Labelling of product
- Net weight in kg
- Date of production
- Shelf life

  • Storage

Product should be kept in clean, dry and airy store. Terms of storage – recommended relative humidity of air: 60 – 75 %, recommended temperature – 20 %.

  • Starch adhesive NLT procedure:

Starch adhesive NLT is preparing in the form of 10-15 % of solution, obtained by mechanical mixing of water with adhesive. Then adhesive pulp is kept for 30 min. and after that time is mixing again to obtain homogeneous, colloidal solution.

  • Shelf life:

12 months from production date.
