Caramel - E150a is a product obtained by the controlled heating of  carbohydrates in the presence of catalyst (sodium carbonate). The process of caramelization forms the product which is a mixing of multiple organic compounds.

  • Application:

Caramel - E150a is multipurpose and efficient staining mean used for food and drinks. Product has a soft yellow to dark brown hues after adding caramel colouring.
