Starch syrup-N is purified and condensed water solution of monosaccharides and low-molecular polysaccharides, which are obtained as result of acid hydrolysis of potato starch.
  • Application:

Starch syrup-N is used in production of candies and fulfilled candies.

Product should be kept in close or open roofed store, in justified cases in unroofed but darkened place.
