Pilamix A-CS is an acetylated distarch phosphate obtained by chemical treatment through cross-linking and acetylation, destinated for food purposes.
Pilamix A-CS is a stabilizer and thickener of products. It characterizes the high rheological stability at low PH. Product forms transparent, smooth and homogenous structured gruels in cold water system. The product recommended for mayonnaise, low-calorie mayonnaise and dressing .

Product is packed in 3-ply paper bags with foil liner of 30 kg net.
