  • Description

Pilamix A-CS is an acetylated distarch phosphate obtained by chemical treatment through cross-linking and acetylation, destinated for food purposes.
  • Application

Pilamix A-CS is a stabilizer and thickener of products. It characterizes the high rheological stability at low PH. Product forms transparent, smooth and homogenous structured gruels in cold water system. The product recommended for mayonnaise, low-calorie mayonnaise and dressing .

- Date of production
- Production batch
- Shelf life
- Terms of storage
  • Storage

Recommended relative moisture of air: 60-75 %
Temperature should not exceed 20°C.

24 months from the production date in accordance with packing, storage and transport terms.
