The genesis of the Company is riching up to beginning of XIX and XX centuries.   
Until 1945 the plant was a private property, belonging to German entrepreneurs. After national liberation the city was ruined in 70 %. Company was ruined, too.
In 1946 Company became the Potato Processing Company property.
Until 1970 the Company was an independent entity and the part of Potato Processing Unification in Poznan and subordinated to Ministry of Food and Market Industry.
From 1970 to 1976 the Company was a part of Greater-Poland Potato Processing Company in Lubon.
In the year 1976 was found the Potato Processing Company, the part of which was the plant in Pila and simultaneously the management seat.
In 1988 the founder of a Company was a Governor of Pila Province.
In September 1995 was found the Potato Processing Company ,,ZETPEZET” Ltd. of Pila, to which in November 1996 was the contribution from the Company of Pila carried in.
It was the result of realization the conditions of banking compromise proceeding, which was carried out in agreement with the Restructuring of Companies and Banks Act dated 13th February 1992.
Potato Processing Company “ZETPEZET” Ltd. of Pila is the commercial company, which was found in result of financial and organizational restructuring of Potato Processing Enterprise in Pila.
In January 2008 Potato Processing Company „ZETPEZET” Ltd. of Pila and Potato Processing Company „ZETPEZET” Ltd. of Wronki have been united.
